Privacy Eraser Pro is a wonderful application that cleans your PC from useless and compromising information that slows your computer down and occupies valuable space of your system. The program is fully customizable and performs scanning of your computer, you can specify what exactly folder or disk you want to scan and schedule the scans. You can also set hotkeys for the most common actions including quick clean, stop tasks, clean & reboot and some others. It features a simple and intuitive user interface divided in tabs, but it is not very attractive. The program includes the ability to clean free space, select the plug-ins you want to execute to extend cleaning features, a secure file shredder, ability to remove all types of the Internet tracks including cookies, visited URLS, history, cache, etc. It also supports the Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, AOL and Opera, you can configure them all separately. The program also includes a comprehensive help file in case you need more assistance. |
